Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients
  Boneless chicken breasts 2 Pound
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Scallions 20 , cut into 1 inch pieces
Directions

Remove skin from chicken breasts, if desired, or leave it on for extra juiciness.
Cut into 1-inch pieces.
Combine oil, lemon juice, rosemary, salt and white pepper; toss the chicken pieces in the mixture.
Marinate 30 minutes or longer.
Skewer chicken pieces alternately with the scallion pieces.
Grill 6 inches from medium-hot coals 6 to 8 minutes.
