It's the queen of Lebanese salads
Ingredients
  Lebanese cress/Purslane 1 Cubic Centimeter
  Cucumber 1
  Radish 1
  Tomato 1
  Capsicum 1
  Onions spring 1
  Mint 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sumac spice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Chop the ingredients and mix them in as in the video
2. Dress is iwth lemon juice, olive oil
3. For added taste, sprinkle some bread crumbs when the salad is done

I love Fattoush and this is the best recipe I have seen. My Lebanese friends always make Fattoush as a mezze along with home cured olive and Labne.

I made this using some heirloom tomatoes, mint, cucumbers (Armenian type), Lemons, from my garden-this is fabulous! Served some flat bread, my home cured olives, labni, and some nice Merlot wine (from Sicily).
