|Lamb shoulder||1 1⁄4 Pound, cut in 1 1/4 inch cubes|
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Bacon slices||5 , cut into 1 inch pieces|
|Onions||3 Medium, sliced|
Cut meat in pieces.
Combine salad oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, and tabasco and pour over meat cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight or for at least 5 hours.
Drain meat cubes and arrange on skewers alternately with pieces of bacon and onion, slices.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and broil under medium flame about 20 minutes or until meat is done.
