Marinated Shish Kebab

  Burgundy wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Wesson oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh mushrooms 1 Pound, sliced (Commercial Variety)
  Sirloin 3 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  Green pepper 1 , cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
  Canned pineapple cubes 17 Ounce, drained (1 No 303 Can)

Combine wine, worcestershire sauce, garlic, oil, catsup, sugar, salt and glutamate in a large deep bowl.
Add mushrooms, sirloin, green pepper and pineapple to marinade.
Let stand in the refrigerator 4 to 5 hours.
Skewer meat and vegetables as desired and broil on the grill outdoors or grill in the oven broiler for 4 to 5 minutes on each side depending on taste.
Cherry tomatoes, onions and other meats can also be used.
