Marinated Shish Kebab
|Burgundy wine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Wesson oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Monosodium glutamate||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh mushrooms||1 Pound, sliced (Commercial Variety)|
|Sirloin||3 Pound, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes|
|Green pepper||1 , cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes|
|Canned pineapple cubes||17 Ounce, drained (1 No 303 Can)|
Combine wine, worcestershire sauce, garlic, oil, catsup, sugar, salt and glutamate in a large deep bowl.
Add mushrooms, sirloin, green pepper and pineapple to marinade.
Let stand in the refrigerator 4 to 5 hours.
Skewer meat and vegetables as desired and broil on the grill outdoors or grill in the oven broiler for 4 to 5 minutes on each side depending on taste.
Cherry tomatoes, onions and other meats can also be used.
