|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped chives/Onions||3 Tablespoon|
|Sirloin tip||1 , cut into 0.5 inch cubes|
|Green pepper||1 , cut into 1.5 inch squares|
Make a sauce of first 7 ingredients; simmer 5 minutes.
Alternate remaining ingredients on 6-inch sticks to make kabobs.
Place kabobs 5 or 6 inches from hot coals.
Brown slowly for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with butter and sauce.
Place kabobs on double thick 12 inch square of foil; top each with 2 tablespoons sauce.
Double fold over top; twist ends.
Place on grill over medium coals, folded side up; do not turn.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until degree of doneness is obtained.
