Cut off and discard the wing tips from the chicken.
Cut the wings into two pieces at the next joint.
Mix the remaining ingredients together in a large shallow baking tin (pan).
Add the chicken and turn to coat in the mixture.
Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180Â°C/350Â°F/gas mark 4 for about 1 hour, turning occasionally until tender and coated in a sticky glaze.
Serve warm or cold.
