Oriental Plum Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  Chicken wings 2 Pound
  Wine vinegar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Sunflower oil 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Soy sauce 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Golden syrup 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Tomato puree 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Plum jam 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
Directions

Cut off and discard the wing tips from the chicken.
Cut the wings into two pieces at the next joint.
Mix the remaining ingredients together in a large shallow baking tin (pan).
Add the chicken and turn to coat in the mixture.
Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 for about 1 hour, turning occasionally until tender and coated in a sticky glaze.
Serve warm or cold.
