Cooking Savoury Mince with Onions and Bitter Gourd
1 , peeled and seeds removed and sliced
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
1 Cup (16 tbs)
1. Peel and take out seeds from the bitter gourd and slice finely.
2. In a non-stick pan, saute the mince until it browns.
3. Put in the onions, thyme, white pepper, oregano, salt and garlic stir until mixed.
4. Add in olive oil and bitter gourd, toss and cook until it wilts and browns.
5. Serve hot with bread or rice as desired.
