Grape Juice Sherbet
|Unflavored gelatin||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Grape juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Soften the gelatin in the cold water for 5 minutes.
Combine the sugar and boiling water in a saucepan over medium high heat; boil gently for 10 minutes.
Stir in the gelatin mixture and pour into a large bowl.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Add the grape juice, lemon juice and orange juice; mix well.
Pour into a 1 1/2 quart glass dish.
