Fish Kebab

Ingredients
  Swordfish/Halibut with bones removed 2 Pound, cut in large cubes
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemons 2 , juiced
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Dill 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Whole onion 4 Small, peeled
  Cherry tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Whole)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Marinate fish in a mixture of the oil, lemon juice, oregano, dill, bay leaf, salt, and pepper for 2 hours, basting occasionally.
Reserve marinade.
Alternate fish, onions, and tomatoes on skewers.
Broil, turning frequently, until done (about 5 minutes).
Heat marinade.
Serve with Fish Kebob.
