Oriental Stuffed Steaks

Oriental Stuffed Steaks needs just a handful of ingredients and is quite an easy dish to prepare. The beef steaks in this dish are flavored with teriyaki sauce, beaten egg and onions. Just give this Oriental Stuffed Steaks a try, you will like it for sure.
  Long grain and wild rice mix 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Sliced green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (With Tops)
  Beef steaks 6
  Bottled teriyaki sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Cook rice mix according to package directions till done, about 25 minutes.
Cool slightly; stir in egg and onion.
Preheat broiler.
Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket in each steak.
Stuff with rice mixture.
Broil steaks 4 inches from the heat till desired doneness. (Allow 4 to 6 minutes on each side for medium rare.)
Brush often with teriyaki sauce.
Garnish with mushrooms and watercress, if desired.
Serves 6.
