Oriental Stuffed Steaks

Ingredients
  Long grain and wild rice mix 6 Ounce (1 Package)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Sliced green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (With Tops)
  Beef steaks 6
  Bottled teriyaki sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cook rice mix according to package directions till done, about 25 minutes.
Cool slightly; stir in egg and onion.
Preheat broiler.
Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket in each steak.
Stuff with rice mixture.
Broil steaks 4 inches from the heat till desired doneness. (Allow 4 to 6 minutes on each side for medium rare.)
Brush often with teriyaki sauce.
Garnish with mushrooms and watercress, if desired.
Serves 6.
