Sour Kimchi Pancake

Kimchi Pancakes are so simple and easy to make and of course heavenly. If you feel like a nice little snack and you don't have much at home other than Kimchi, then this kimchi pancake is the best option for you. Watch the recipe video below and try it yourself!
Ingredients
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Kimchi 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Sour Ones, Fermented Longer, Kimchi Juice Is A Great Bonus!)
  Eggs 3
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1
Directions

1. Mix all the ingredient together. (except vegetable oil)
2. Pre-heat a pan on medium heat and oil it.
3. Pour 2-3 ladles of the mixture (depending on the size the pan).
Make sure the mixture is evenly spread throughout the pan.
4. Cook until one side is golden brown and flip.
5. Cook the other side until golden brown.
*if your pancake is thick, cook on low heat so that it's cooked through.
6. Remove from the pan and cool it down before cutting.
7. Cut into squares.
8 Serve and enjoy!

Kim Chee is wonderful in soups and also stirfries-especially with pork, but any meat or veggie works. There are so many types of KimChee and I love them all!

Can I use flour..? that always works for Indian pancakes.. if not then I hope egg substitutes work.. they are often used in cakes too.. wat do u say?

What is Kimchi? The Kimchi Pancake looks delicious , but that run-in simply spoiled my appetite. No, I'm not being insensitive to human emotions but just trying to say that when food is presented in such disturbed environment it really turns unappetizing for the viewer. Hope to see some really cheerful videos that will make us yearn for your otherwise delicious dishes. No offense :)
