Kalbi or Korean BBQ is a Korean cuisine recipe that is a medley of beef ribs and few condimenti. Make sure you marinade the ribs properly and BBQ them as directed in the recipe video below. Watch the video below and try this Kalbi or Korean BBQ!!
  Beef rib strips 20
  Soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Onion 1 Large, cut into small strips
  Green onions 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 3 5 centimeters (1 Bundle)
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon

1. Put all ingredients except ribs in a large bowl.
2. Mix them well together. Make sure all sugar is melted.
3. place ribs in the marinate one by one.
4. Cover and leave it in the fridge for 12 - 24 hours.
5. Cook on BBQ or on a frying pan on medium to high heat until nicely browned.
(if you want them well done cook on medium heat for a longer period of time)

* Make sure there is no marinate in a pan. It doesn't taste good if ribs are cooked in soup.
* Do not cook with onions and green onions as they will burn.
* For non-stick pans, you don't need to use oil.
