Malaysian Curry Microwave Method

Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
  Bacon slices 4 , chopped
  Onions 2 , roughly chopped
  Celery stick 2 , sliced
  Butter 30 Gram
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Blade steak 1 Kilogram, cubed
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Curry paste 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Beef stock cubes 2
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Apple 1 , peeled and diced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

1.
Saute bacon, onions, celery, butter, garlic and oil for 3-4 minutes on HIGH.
2.
Stir in meat, flour, curry paste, sugar, stock cubes and 1 cup boiling water, 3.
Cover and cook for 35-40 minutes on MEDIUM.
4.
Add apple and cook a further 2-3 minutes on MEDIUM.
5.
Stir in lemon juice and cream.
6.
Serve hot with boiled rice.
