Brisket Of Beef With Soy Sauce

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 10 Ounce (2 5 Ounce Bottles)
  Canned beef consomme 21 Ounce
  Liquid smoke 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Beef brisket 7 Pound
Directions

Mix soy sauce, consomme, liquid smoke, vinegar and garlic; pour over brisket in shallow pan.
Marinate for 48 hours.
Drain most of liquid off brisket, leaving just enough to cover bottom.
Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
