Korean Food: Fried Seasoned Cuttlefish (오징어채 볶음)

Fried Seasoned Cuttlefish (오징어채 볶음) is a Korean side-dish that you can make easily and it keeps longer than other side-dishes. This is also another good side-dish for a lunch box for kids. Like other Korean side-dishes, you serve this with rice, soup and other side-dishes for a Korean meal. If you like spicy food and seafood, I highly recommend that you to try this recipe.
Ingredients
  Cuttlefish 3 Cup (48 tbs), seasoned
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Red pepper paste 2 Tablespoon
  Corn syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Cooking wine 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 1⁄2 Tablespoon, minced
  Ginger powder 1 Dash
  Sesame seeds 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Set the stove to a medium and heat a pan with oil. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, red pepper paste, corn syrup, sugar, garlic, ginger powder and stir for 1 minute.
2. Add seasoned cuttlefish. Mix till the cuttlefish is completely covered with the sauce. Fry for about 5 minutes.
3. When its almost done sprinkle sesame seeds.

SERVING
4. Serve warm with rice or soup.

NOTE:
Keep the stove on a medium temperature. If you cook this too long or at too high of a temperature, your cuttlefish will be hard.
