Orange Milk Sherbet

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 7 Gram (1 Tablespoon)
  Milk powder 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened orange juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon, ground
Directions

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup orange juice.
Sprinkle milk powder on top.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Then beat with rotary beater to blend.
Heat rest of juice.
Add salt and nutmeg and combine with gelatin mixture.
Mold.
Chill.
When slightly; thickened, beat with rotary beater until light and fluffy.
Chill again.
Unmold to serve.
