Grilled Asian Beef
|Rib eye steaks||24 Ounce|
|Low sodium soy sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finley minced|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|White vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
Remove any visible fat from the steaks and place in a flat glass pan.
Combine the soy sauce, garlic, oil, vinegar, sugar and ginger in a small bowl and mix well.
Pour over the steaks and mari nate for at least 1 hour.
Spray the grill with the cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the steaks for 5-7 minutes, or according to your preference.
