Turkish Meatball Kabobs
|Lean beef/Lamb||1 Pound, cut into cubes|
|Boiled potatoes||2 Small (Peeled)|
|Onions||2 Small, each cut into quarters|
|Green pepper||1 Small, seeded and cut into pieces|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Oil||1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Frying)|
Process half of the ingredients at a time in the processor bowl with the metal blade, turning it on and off quickly, until meat and vegetables are coarsely chopped.
Form plum size meatballs.
Roll in flour.
Fry in a small amount of oil in a skillet, or deep fry in oil at 375Â°F until done.
Remove and drain well.
Serve on 4 wooden skewers.
