Turkish Meatball Kabobs

Ingredients
  Lean beef/Lamb 1 Pound, cut into cubes
  Boiled potatoes 2 Small (Peeled)
  Onions 2 Small, each cut into quarters
  Green pepper 1 Small, seeded and cut into pieces
  Parsley leaves 4
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Frying)
Directions

Process half of the ingredients at a time in the processor bowl with the metal blade, turning it on and off quickly, until meat and vegetables are coarsely chopped.
Form plum size meatballs.
Roll in flour.
Fry in a small amount of oil in a skillet, or deep fry in oil at 375°F until done.
Remove and drain well.
Serve on 4 wooden skewers.
