Muu Pad Tua Fak Yaw
|Pork||250 Gram, with all the fat removed, thinly sliced into 1 cm strips|
|Vegetable oil||30 Milliliter|
|Garlic||10 Gram, finely chopped|
|Fish sauce||20 Milliliter|
|Oyster sauce||15 Milliliter|
|Black pepper powder||5 Gram|
|Green beans||200 Gram, cut into 2.5 cm lengths|
|Vegetable stock||45 Milliliter|
Heat the oil in a wok or a deep frying pan.
Add the chopped garlic and saute briefly.
Add the sliced pork and stir-fry until the pork turns golden and is almost cooked.
Stir in the fish sauce and oyster sauce, the pepper and sugar.
Saute for a minute or two, then add the beans and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
Add the vegetable stock and allow to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes to allow the gravy to thicken slightly.
Season if required.
Cook till the pork is thoroughly cooked.
Remove from heat and serve with steamed rice.
