Hot Prawn Satay

Adapted from Sharp Microwave and Convection Cookbook.
Ingredients
  Uncooked prawns 24 Large (Shelled And Deveined)
  Natural yoghurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon
  Cumin 1 Tablespoon
  Turmeric 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1.
Combine all ingredients.
Marinate prawns for 30 minutes.
Thread 4 prawns on each skewer.

Place prawns on High Rack and GRILL for 7-8 minutes or until prawns turn pink.
