Lime Sherbet

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  White corn syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated lime zest 2 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Strained)
  Egg whites 2 , beaten
Directions

Heat sugar in water and syrup.
Add lime zest.
Bring to a boil without stirring.
Take from heat and cool.
Add lime juice.
Pour into refrigerator tray and freeze.
Before serving remove from tray to chilled bowl.
Beat with hand mixer to thick mush.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
