|Ground pork/Sausage||1⁄2 Pound|
|Sliced cabbage||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Shredded carrots||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Onions||12 , sliced|
|Bean sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Bell pepper||1 , sliced|
Brown ground beef and pork in Dutch oven.
Add onion; cook till it is slightly limp.
Add remaining ingredients and cook till tender.
Season with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and drain, if needed; cool.
Separate the lumpia wrappers.
Place approximately 11 1/2 tbs.of mixture in wrapper.
Roll like an egg roll.
Seal with a mixture of cornstarch and water.
Deep fry lumpia until golden brown.
Serve with sweet n sour sauce, or your favorite sauce.
