|Beef||2 Pound, cut into thin strips (From Rib Roast Or Steaks)|
|Essence||3 Tablespoon (Of Sweet Herbs)|
|Green onions||2 , sliced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Stock||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), toasted|
Marinate beef in mixture of remaining ingredients, except sesame seeds, overnight.
Remove from marinade.
Garnish with seeds.
