Korean Food: Cabbage Side-dish (양배추 무침)

Yangbaechu Moochim (양배추 무침) is a simple Korean side-dish recipe that I learned from one of my Korean friends in America. When you want to eat Kimchi, but don't have it, this cabbage side-dish can be a substitute. The taste is a little spicy, sour, and sweet. Depending on your tastes, you can add or reduce some of the ingredients such as pepper powder, vinegar, sugar, or salt. Cabbage is a very healthy vegetable, it is especially good for your stomach. So I want to recommend this easy Korean side-dish for you. *^^*
Ingredients
  Cabbage 1⁄2 Medium, sliced
  Green onions 2 Medium, chopped finely
  Red pepper powder 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. On a cutting board chop the vegetables as instructed in the video. The should be be fine and even.
2. Take a large bowl, mix the sliced cabbage and the green onions. To this add the red pepper powder, vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, sesame seeds, sesame oil and combine well.

SERVING
2. Serve as a side dish to your meal or along with a snack.
