Skewered Lamb Kebabs
|Onion||1 Medium, quartered|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Boneless lamb||2 Pound, cut in 1.5 inch cubes|
Puree the onion, lemon juice, and water in a blender.
Pour into a bowl and stir in cloves, peppercorns, allspice, and garlic.
Add meat and marinate overnight, or at least 6 hours, turning several times.
Thread on skewers.
Barbecue over medium hot coals for about 10 minutes, turning, or broil until medium rare.
