|Whole grain||1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked (Brown Rice / Millet / Oats/ Barley/ Cracked Wheat / Rye / Buckwheat)|
|Mixed herbs||3 Tablespoon|
|Nutritional yeast||3 Tablespoon|
|Spareribs/0.5 pound tenderloin / chop / 1 ham bone / back/ neck/ wingtips of 1 chicken||1⁄2 Pound|
Bring stock to boil.
Add whole grain slowly.
Stir in salt, herbs and yeast.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add meat and chicken bits.
Simmer gently until thick.
Serve garnished with raw green onions or Sprouts.
