Middle Eastern Hummus

This Hummus is a savory and nicely textured sauce made with the chickpeas and flavoured with lemon juice and tahini, try out and you are bound to enjoy!
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chickpeas 3 Can (30 oz)
  Tahini 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 5 (Needs To Be Roasted Or Brown Fried A Little Bit)
  Greek yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Thick)
  Virgin olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Greek Only)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
  Cumin 2 Teaspoon

Put everything into a food processor and mix until you have a coarse but smooth texture paste. Use extra olive oil to dilute the mixture if too thick. Serve cold or room temperature with whole wheat pita bread.
