Middle Eastern Hummus

This Hummus is a savory and nicely textured sauce made with the chickpeas and flavoured with lemon juice and tahini, try out and you are bound to enjoy!
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chickpeas 3 Can (30 oz)
  Tahini 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 5 (Needs To Be Roasted Or Brown Fried A Little Bit)
  Greek yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Thick)
  Virgin olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Greek Only)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
  Cumin 2 Teaspoon

Put everything into a food processor and mix until you have a coarse but smooth texture paste. Use extra olive oil to dilute the mixture if too thick. Serve cold or room temperature with whole wheat pita bread.

Thanks for easy and delicious hummus recipe. Can you tell me any substitute for tahini or can i skip that ingredient as tahini is not available in local markets?
