Korean Style Spicy Octopus Nakji Bokkeum

  Frozen octopus 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Unthawed)
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1
  Mushrooms 4
  Zucchini 1
  Green onions 3
  Hot pepper paste 2 Tablespoon
  Hot pepper flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon

- Cut octopus into bite size pieces.
- Rub the octopus with flour or salt and rinse 2 times in cold water. Then let it drain.
- Slice all the vegetables thinly.
- Bring water to a boil and boil the octopus for about a minute and then rinse.
- Turn stove on high heat and put oil and garlic into the frying pan.
- Quickly fry the vegetables and add soy sauce to taste. Add the rest of the ingredients for the sauce.
- Add the octopus to the cooked vegetables.
-Garnish with sesame seed and sesame oil.

i never tasted octopus...though the recipe seems to be simple, i am a bit excited to taste octopus. can't resist more...i am gonna try this octopus recipe very soon..!!
