Ingredients
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Water chestnuts 2 Ounce, sliced (50 Gram)
  Bamboo shoots 2 Ounce, sliced (50 Gram)
  Kohlrabi 3 Ounce, chopped (75 Gram)
  Tofu 9 Ounce, cut into bite sized pieces (250 Gram)
  Boiling water 2 3⁄4 Pint (1.5 Liters)
  Mange tout 3 Ounce, trimmed and sliced (75 Gram)
  Tamari 2 Ounce (50 Milliliter)
Directions

Heat the oil in a large pan, add the water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, kohlrabi and tofu.
Stir-fry for about 4 minutes.
Add the boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the mange tout and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Season with tamari and serve at once.
