Tofu Vegetable Soup Oriental
|Water chestnuts||2 Ounce, sliced (50 Gram)|
|Bamboo shoots||2 Ounce, sliced (50 Gram)|
|Kohlrabi||3 Ounce, chopped (75 Gram)|
|Tofu||9 Ounce, cut into bite sized pieces (250 Gram)|
|Boiling water||2 3⁄4 Pint (1.5 Liters)|
|Mange tout||3 Ounce, trimmed and sliced (75 Gram)|
|Tamari||2 Ounce (50 Milliliter)|
Heat the oil in a large pan, add the water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, kohlrabi and tofu.
Stir-fry for about 4 minutes.
Add the boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the mange tout and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Season with tamari and serve at once.
