Hot & Spicy Asian Marinade

Ingredients
  Chili oil 2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dark brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Low sodium soy sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finley minced
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Store any unused marinade in anairtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
