Oriental Beef Omelets
|Ground beef/Ground pork||1⁄2 Pound|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Spinach leaves||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Small)|
|Canned bean sprouts||8 Ounce, drained|
|Thinly slices bamboo shoots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In skillet cook ground beef or ground pork till meat is browned; drain off fat.
Combine cold water, soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic powder; stir into meat.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in spinach leaves, bean sprouts, and bamboo shoots.
Cover and cook over low heat about 5 minutes or till heated through.
Prepare one french omelet at a time, filling each omelet with one-third of the meat mixture.
Keep warm in a 325Â° oven while preparing the remaining omelets.
