Oriental Beef Omelets

Ingredients
  Ground beef/Ground pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Cold water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Spinach leaves 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Small)
  Canned bean sprouts 8 Ounce, drained
  Thinly slices bamboo shoots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  French omelets 3
Directions

In skillet cook ground beef or ground pork till meat is browned; drain off fat.
Combine cold water, soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic powder; stir into meat.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Stir in spinach leaves, bean sprouts, and bamboo shoots.
Cover and cook over low heat about 5 minutes or till heated through.
Keep warm.
Prepare one french omelet at a time, filling each omelet with one-third of the meat mixture.
Keep warm in a 325° oven while preparing the remaining omelets.
