Oriental Spinach

The oriental spinach is a microwaved spinach preparation cooked along with water chestnuts and green onions in a soy sauce mix. Ready in 30 minutes, the oriental spinach is flavored with soy sauce mixed with sugar, vinegar and vegetable oil. it is a simple and healthy recipe.
Ingredients
  Spinach 12 Ounce, torn into bite size pieces
  Canned water chestnuts 8 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and sliced
  Green onions 5 , sliced
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cover and microwave spinach, water chestnuts and onions until spinach is limp, 3 to 4 minutes; stir.
Microwave oil, vinegar, soy sauce and sugar to boiling, 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
Pour over spinach; toss.
