Asian Chicken Burgers
|Lean ground chicken||1 Pound|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Green onions||2 , finely chopped|
|Low sodium soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Sesame seed hamburger buns||4|
|Nonfat cooking spray||1|
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, lemon juice, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, ginger and egg white.
Shape into 4 patties.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the patties for7-8 minutes, or according to your preference.
Serve on the sesame seed buns and pass condiments such as lowfat peanut butter, hoisin sauce and bean sprouts.
