Oriental Dressing 2

Ingredients
  Garlic cloves 1 , cut into several pieces
  Ginger root slices 1 , cut into several pieces
  Rice vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine garlic, rice vinegar, gingerroot, and soy sauce.
2. Let stand for 45 minutes.
3. Strain dressing. Discard garlic and ginger.
