Oriental Dressing 2

|Garlic cloves||1 , cut into several pieces|
|Ginger root slices||1 , cut into several pieces|
|Rice vinegar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
1. Combine garlic, rice vinegar, gingerroot, and soy sauce.
2. Let stand for 45 minutes.
3. Strain dressing. Discard garlic and ginger.
