Pak Pad Gup Nua
|Beef||200 Gram, thinly sliced into strips|
|Vegetable oil||45 Milliliter|
|Garlic||10 Gram, finely chopped|
|Oyster sauce||15 Milliliter|
|Fish sauce||15 Milliliter|
|Broccoli||500 Gram, cut into small florets|
|Vegetable stock||75 Milliliter|
Heat the oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add the chopped garlic and saute till golden brown.
Add the beef strips and stir-fry for about 10 minutes.
Lower heat and add the sauces and the sugar.
Stir until the sugar has dissolved completely.
Add the broccoli florets and the stock.
Stir briefly, then cover and cook on medium heat till the broccoli is cooked and most of the water has evaporated.
Serve hot, with steamed rice.
