Samgyeopsal Bokumbop or Pork Fried Rice is prepared with the leftover cooked rice with a lot of vegetables and served with the cooked pork. This Samgyeopsal is a complete meal with the goodness of the vegetables flavoured with the soy sauce and Korean hot pepper. Try out and enjoy!

1)In a pan add oil, saute the mushroom, peppers, sprinkle with salt and add onion, ginger paste, garlic.
2) Then add the rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper keep mixing .
3) Stir in the green peas, green onion, Korean Sesame and lettuce.
4) Serve with the cooked pork.
