Samgyeopsal or Korean Pork is a simple pork dish. The pork slices are rolled over in the lettuce and perilla leaves, flavoured with Ssamjang and shrimp or seasoned sesame oil. Samgyeopsal is an amazing pork dish. Join James and see him prepare the dish in a few minutes.
Ingredients
  Pork belly pieces 14
  Lettuce 12 (Sang Chu)
  Korean sesame 12 (Perilla Or Kkaennip)
  Korean hot pepper 2
  Korean salted shrimp 3 Tablespoon
  Ssamjang 8 Tablespoon
  Seasoned sesame oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

1)In a shallow pan, place the the pork slices and cook evenly until lightly brown on both the sides.
2)Remove on a plate and cut into bite size pieces.
3)Over a lettuce leaf, place a perilla, a slice of hot pepper. Then put a little ssamjang, salted shrimp or seasoned sesame oil and the pork slice. Roll over and eat.
