Spicy Ssamjang

Ssamjang or Korean Ketchup is nice spicy dip for the veggies. It can used as a base for spicy foods or can be added to the lettuce wraps. The ketchup is also used to make Ssambapchip / Ssambap. Try out the spicy Ssamjang and tickle your taste buds.
Ingredients
  Gochujang 5 Tablespoon (Korean Pepper Paste)
  Miso 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Sesame seeds 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onion 4 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
Directions

1)In a bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.
2)Place in the refrigerator for atleast an hour before using or prepare a day in advance.
