2 Cup (32 tbs)
Green bell pepper
Red bell pepper
Canned yellow corn
Mashed sweet potato
Frying Pan Method:
Spread little bit of oil on the pan and heat on low flame. Pour the rice and make a flat base for the pizza. Cover the rice layer with mashed sweet potato and on top of that, spread the spaghetti sauce. Now add the toppings and cheese and cover the pan with a lid for about 10 minutes until the cheese melt.
Take alumnium foil cup to place some rice. Then add some sauce on top, and put a layer of mashed sweet potato on the sauce. Add soy ham and other vegetables. Finally sprinkle cheese on top. Keep these bowls inside the oven for 20-25 mins at 180F.
