The Grilled Oriental Tuna is one of my favorite tuna preparations! On the days that I feel like cooking up treat for myself I resort to the Grilled Oriental Tuna recipe!
Low sodium soy sauce
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Asian)
Szechwan chili sauce
Non fat cooking spray
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, sesame oil and chile sauce.
Place the tuna in a flat glass pan and spoon the sauce over each steak.
Refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour.
Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the steaks for 6-8 minutes, or according to your preference
