Grilled Oriental Tuna
|Low sodium soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Hoisin||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Asian)|
|Sesame oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Szechwan chili sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Tuna steaks||24 Ounce|
|Non fat cooking spray||2 Tablespoon|
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, sesame oil and chile sauce.
Place the tuna in a flat glass pan and spoon the sauce over each steak.
Refrigerate, covered, for 1 hour.
Lightly coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Grill the steaks for 6-8 minutes, or according to your preference
