Sunday Beef Kebabs
|Beef sirloin||1 Pound|
|Canned pineapple chunks||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Canned Or Fresh)|
|Green pepper||1 Teaspoon, cut into pieces|
|Low sodium soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Tablespoon, finely minced|
Remove any visible fat from the beef and cut into 1-inch cubes.
Coat the grill with cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
Thread the meat onto 4 skewers.
Thread the pineapple, tomatoes, green pepper and mushrooms onto 4 skewers, alternating each.
In a smallbowl, mix the soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic.
Brush the sauce over the beef and the vegetables.
Place the beef skewers in the grill widthwise (horizontally) and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the vegetable skewers widthwise and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes.
