Miniature Steak Kabobs
|Sirloin steak||1 Pound, 1 inch thick|
|Pineapple tidbits||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
Slice meat into strips 3 to 4 inches long, about 1/8 inch thick.
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
In bowl combine pineapple juice with soy sauce, sugar, sherry, ginger, and garlic.
Add meat; stir.
Let stand 1 hour at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
Thread meat loosely on small skewers, threading pineapple on as you weave in and out.
Broil to desired doneness, browning on all sides.
