|Avocado||1 (or 2 small ones, use pulp)|
|Lemon||1 (use rind)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Milk powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Turn into ice tray of refrigerator.
Stir twice while freezing.
Garnish with fruit to serve.
