Pink Strawberry Sherbet

The pink velvet sherbet is a fruity and creamy dessert made with strawberries and eaporated milk. Blended together and flavored with a dash of lemon juice and sugar, the pink velvet sherbet is a delight on hot summer days and is superbly simple.
|Frozen strawberries||10 Ounce, partially thawed|
|Crushed ice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||6 Ounce (2/3 Cup)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Break fruit apart into chunks.
Place all ingredients in blender container.
Blend at high speed 2 minutes or till thick.
Freeze, covered, in refrigerator tray.
