Asian Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) (Peeled)
  Root ginger 1 Inch (Peeled)
  Hoisin sauce 14 Cup (224 tbs) (50 milliliter)
Directions

In food processor or blender, puree garlic, ginger, hoisin, soy sauce and lemon juice.
Coat chicken with marinade and marinate for 30 minutes or up to 8 hours in refrigerator.
Arrange chicken in single layer on non-stick or parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 400°F/200°C oven for 15 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
