Asian Chicken Thighs
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm) (Peeled)|
|Root ginger||1 Inch (Peeled)|
|Hoisin sauce||14 Cup (224 tbs) (50 milliliter)|
In food processor or blender, puree garlic, ginger, hoisin, soy sauce and lemon juice.
Coat chicken with marinade and marinate for 30 minutes or up to 8 hours in refrigerator.
Arrange chicken in single layer on non-stick or parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake in preheated 400Â°F/200Â°C oven for 15 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
