Pork Satays With Plum Sauce

Ingredients
  Lean boneless pork 2 Pound (1 Kg)
  Sauce 150 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)
  Soy sauce 25 Milliliter (2 tablespoon)
  Vegetable oil 15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 milliliter)
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 milliliter)
Directions

Trim pork; slice lengthwise into 1/4-inch (5 mm) thick slices; cut into 1 inch (2.5 cm) strips.
Thread strips onto skewers; place on tray or platter.
Combine 1/3 cup (75 mL) of the plum sauce, soy sauce, oil, ginger and mustard; brush some of the mixture generously over meat.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Place skewers on greased grill over medium hot coals or at medium setting; grill for 8 to 12 minutes or until no longer pink inside, turning halfway through and baisting occasionally with sauce.
Brush with remaining plum sauce just before serving.
