Ham Kabobs

  Smoked cooked ham 1 Pound, cut into 1-inch cubes
  Canned pineapple chunks 15 1⁄2 Ounce
  Canned apricot halves 2 Ounce
  Sweet sour sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chicken bouillon cube/1 teaspoon instant bouillon 1
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

On 8 skewers, alternate ham cubes, pineapple and apricots.
Brush with Sauce.
Broil or place on rack over hot coals and grill 3 to 4 inches from heat for 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining sauce during grilling.
Sweet-Sour Sauce:
In small saucepan, combine all ingredients except cornstarch and water.
Cook until bouillon cube is dissolved.
Combine cornstarch and water.
Stir into hot liquid.
Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
