|Lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Honey||1 Tablespoon (For Dressing)|
|Orange rind||1 Tablespoon, grated (For Dressing)|
|Lime rind||1 Teaspoon, grated (For Dressing)|
1 Peel and core pineapple, cut into 2.5 cm (1") cubes. Peel and quarter kiwi fruits. Core, but do not peel the apple; cut into 8 pieces, stone cherries. Thread fruits alternatively onto skewers.
2 Dressing: Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Beat well.
3 Brush skewers with orange dressing.
4 Cook over gas flame, turning frequently. Baste with the dressing while cooking. Or, grill in a hot oven or barbecue.
5 Use any other fruit of your choice like honeydew melon (kharbuja), papaya, mango etc.
