Ingredients
  Egg foo yung mix 14 Ounce
  Shrimp 4 1⁄2 Ounce, diced
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Prepare egg foo young mix as directed, adding diced shrimp and soy sauce to egg and vegetable mixture.
Cook as directed.
To serve, arrange patties on a hot platter and pour sauce included in mix over all.
Serve with rice.
