Ingredients
  Cucumbers 4 Small
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Crab meat 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Fresh Or Canned)
  Horseradish 2 Teaspoon
  Minced celery 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped green onion 1 Tablespoon
  Minced green pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Minced red bell pepper 1 Tablespoon
  Minced lettuce 1 Teaspoon
  Hot red pepper To Taste
Directions

Peel the cucumbers.
Cut lengthwise.
Scoop out the seeds with a small spoon.
Thoroughly mix together all the other ingredients.
Fill the cucumber halves with the mixture.
Chill.
Serve on a lettuce-lined platter.
